I have made four warrenty claims on it. I just recieved my new one in the mail and literally half and hour after taking it from the package it froze up on me. The phone is visually appealing and i love the sliding qwerty keyboard but the wonderful feel of this phone is nothing compared to the trama and headaches it will cause you. there is so many glitches in this phone. Mine can freeze up EASILY fifteen times a day, requiring me to remove the battary and start my phone again. this usually happens while texting, and once, while i was on the phone, mid conversation.
